Return Policy

In the event that you wish to make any changes to your ring, we offer you 2 months to advise us of the changes you require and we will only charge for any extra metal or gemstones added.

If for any reason you wish to return your ring you can do so, provided it is unworn & unmarked and returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of sending for a full refund

 

Lapponia return policy

Lapponia does not accept any change of mind purchase returns.

You are able to credit the purchase price for another item. All Lapponia items will attract service charges for repairs as they must be sent to the Helsinki, Finland, head office for any refinishing or repairs.
